These technical and athletic classes are designed to enhance motor skills and reinforce socio-behavioral competencies through the practice of Yoseikan Budo.

With a variety of technical drills, cooperative and competitive situations, as well as activities that promote decision-making and active listening, we guide each child in their learning, progress, and personal growth.

Each session, organized between two vacation periods, is centered around a specific objective and supported by materials adapted to the children's needs and pace.
